Farmers Market Sauce - The Golden Raven

Thank you for choosing Sakari Farms hot sauce. We grow all of the ingredients on our farm in Tumalo, OR. We love flavor and our sauces pack a ton of it.

This special sauce was produced for the Fiery Foods Show in Albuquerque, NM. It is a Bajan style sauce, not mustard based, but it has a good mustard presence to balance the 5 month fermented Scotch Bonnet peppers, and the fermented Garlic Honey. It has a good upfront spice and a ton of flavor. Recommended for grilled fish, shrimp or chicken, about anything fried and why not pizza too. Get it while it lasts, we only made one batch.
