Thank you for choosing Sakari Farms hot sauce. We grow all of the ingredients on our farm in Tumalo, OR. We love flavor and our sauces pack a ton of it.
Sakariacha is our take on the famous Sriracha. Made in a traditional way by fermenting the peppers first then combining with garlic, fish sauce and vinegar. It is superb with great depth of umami flavor. Compliments breakfast very well and a must for most Southern Asian cuisine. Available seasonally until the bottles run out.
